Strategic Vision
CEO Jens Ritter framed this as part of Lufthansa’s modernization drive—new aircraft, services, and tech to reinforce its premium positioning. Mastercard continues as sponsor, extending its partnership from the earlier FlyNet program.
This rollout positions Lufthansa as a connectivity leader in Europe, rivaling airlines in Asia and the Middle East that have already embraced Starlink.
