SWISS is continuing its “Taste of Switzerland” program with a spotlight on the Canton of Schaffhausen from September through November. This initiative brings Michelin-starred dining into the skies, crafted by the culinary trio at Villa Sommerlust, a historic 17th-century villa on the banks of the Rhine.
First Class:
- Prawn salad with spicy corn soup
- Catalan fish soup with clams and red snapper
- Beef short rib bourguignon or lobster & scallops with goat cheese beurre blanc
- Caramel flan with caramelized popcorn and espresso ice cream
Business Class:
- Smoked salmon tartare with gazpacho and kimchi mayo
- Beef short rib with mojo verde or hake with green sauce and fried rice
- Pistachio tartlet with berries and crumble
Premium Economy:
- Traditional Swiss Fleischvogel (beef roulade) with polenta and glazed chestnut
- Regional cheeses (Holzhofer, Tannhütte Chäsli) with pear bread
- Chestnut cake with vanilla whipped cream
