Marriott International Inc. has signed agreements with CP Group, to bring three new hotels to the country, further strengthening Marriott’s growing presence across New Zealand.

Rotorua Marriott Hotel (opening late 2027)
- Conversion of the existing Arawa Park Hotel Rotorua.
- Located on Fenton Street, in the heart of Rotorua.
- Will showcase Marriott’s flagship brand in New Zealand for the first time.

The Official Auckland, Autograph Collection (opening 2028)
- Transformation of a historic building on Eden Crescent in Auckland’s CBD.
- Boutique, design-led hotel with 82 rooms.
- Marks Autograph Collection’s debut in Auckland.

Fable Wellington, Autograph Collection (opening 2029)
- Repurposing of a 1940s office building at Lambton Quay and Stout Street.
- Will feature 118 rooms.
- Expands CP Group’s Fable Hotels portfolio while introducing Autograph Collection to Wellington.
