Rotorua Marriott Hotel (opening late 2027)
- Conversion of the existing Arawa Park Hotel Rotorua.
- Located on Fenton Street, in the heart of Rotorua.
- Will showcase Marriott’s flagship brand in New Zealand for the first time.
The Official Auckland, Autograph Collection (opening 2028)
- Transformation of a historic building on Eden Crescent in Auckland’s CBD.
- Boutique, design-led hotel with 82 rooms.
- Marks Autograph Collection’s debut in Auckland.
Fable Wellington, Autograph Collection (opening 2029)
- Repurposing of a 1940s office building at Lambton Quay and Stout Street.
- Will feature 118 rooms.
- Expands CP Group’s Fable Hotels portfolio while introducing Autograph Collection to Wellington.
