Qatar Airways Expands Global Network to Over 170 Destinations this Winter Season

Qatar Airways’ 2026–2027 winter schedule is a major expansion, pushing its global network past 170 destinations and nearly 1,800 weekly flights. This reinforces its position as one of the most connected airlines worldwide, with Hamad International Airport continuing to serve as the hub for seamless global travel.

Africa:
- Zanzibar resumes daily flights (from 25 Oct 2026).
- Seychelles expands to daily service (from 1 Mar 2027).
- Johannesburg increases to 18 weekly flights (from 2 Dec 2026).

Americas:
- Montréal boosted to daily flights (from 25 Oct 2026).

Asia Pacific:
- Phuket: 21 weekly flights (up from 14).
- Malé: 21 weekly flights (up from 12).
- Ho Chi Minh City: 11 weekly flights, including 4 direct Doha–SGN flights.
- Kuala Lumpur: 18 weekly flights, complemented by Malaysia Airlines’ 14 weekly.
- Canberra resumes daily service via Melbourne (from 9 Dec 2026).
- Melbourne doubles to 14 weekly flights.
- Virgin Australia expands Doha connectivity from Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth.

Europe:
- London Heathrow: 56 weekly flights (up from 49).
- Frankfurt: 21 weekly flights (up from 18).

Middle East:
- Saudi Arabia sees four route resumptions: Qassim, Taif, Yanbu, and Tabuk.
- Total Saudi flights rise to 155 weekly, across 12 destinations.

Passenger Experience
- Starlink Wi-Fi rollout: Up to 340 flights daily with high-speed connectivity.
- Fleet: More than 150 widebody aircraft already equipped.
- Privilege Club: Members can use Avios for upgrades, shopping, dining, and more.
