Minor Hotels, a global leader in hospitality with more than 640 hotels, resorts, and branded residences across 67 countries, announced the signing of Anantara Jadcherla Hyderabad Resort, a 37-acre waterfront development in southern India’s Telangana state. Scheduled to open in 2029, the resort is Ashya Group’s first hospitality project.

Project Overview
- Developer: Minor Hotels (global portfolio of 640+ properties) in partnership with Ashya Group.
- Location: Jadcherla, Telangana – 60 minutes from Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, 90 minutes from Hyderabad city centre.
- Opening: Scheduled for 2029.
- Scale: 37-acre waterfront site with 185 rooms (starting at 48 sqm), including 47 pool villas (90–280 sqm).
- Residences: 50 branded residences adjacent to the resort, extending Anantara’s luxury lifestyle offering.

- Inspired by the Kakatiya Dynasty, featuring stone construction and geometric motifs.
- Blends regional heritage with contemporary luxury.
- Nature-led philosophy: built on the banks of a reservoir to immerse guests in Telangana’s landscape.

- Dining: All-day restaurant, two specialty venues, wellness café, lobby lounge, poolside bar.
