Noida International Airport and Bird Academy Create hospitality employment pathways for local youth in Jewar

Bird Academy, in collaboration with Noida International Airport, Brisk Olive Trust, and Roseate Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality brand of Bird Group, India, has successfully completed a hospitality skill development programme for local youth in Jewar.

Programme Overview
- Conducted at ITI College, Jewar with support from Bird Academy, Brisk Olive Trust (CSR partner for Noida International Airport), and Roseate Hotels & Resorts.
- Trained 33 local youth (Class 12 graduates) in hospitality operations: Front Office, Food & Beverage, soft skills, industry interactions, and site visits.
- Focused on practical capabilities, workplace readiness, and confidence-building.

Employment Outcomes
- Graduates have moved into jobs at Noida International Airport, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, and outlets along the Yamuna Expressway.
- Builds on last year’s aviation skill programme (28 students trained in ground operations, passenger handling, ramp operations).

Aviation Skill Development Centre
- Inaugurated in 2025 at ITI College, Jewar by MLA Shri Dhirendra Singh.
- Designed to align local communities with employment opportunities from the growing aviation and logistics ecosystem.
