Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) announced that Ginger Hotels has become the first brand in India to operate 100 hotels. This milestone reflects Ginger’s growth in the mid-scale “lean luxe” segment, catering to modern travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and vibrant social experiences.
Expansion Plans
- Upcoming large properties at major airports:
- 325 rooms at Bengaluru International Airport
- 300 rooms at Manohar International Airport, Goa
- 200+ rooms at Mumbai Terminal 2
- 200 rooms at Kolkata Airport
- Ginger currently has a portfolio of 250 hotels, with 95 under development and 55 under brand migration (to be rebranded by March 2027).
