LOT Polish Airlines has unveiled the third edition of its “Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class” project, running from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. This initiative brings fine dining to the skies, with menus crafted by Przemek Sieradzki, Head Chef of the Michelin-starred Giewont restaurant in Kościelisko.

Business Class Menu Options
Passengers on long-haul flights from Warsaw Chopin Airport can pre-order one of four main courses:
1. Butter-Confit Rainbow Trout, Truffle Sauce – trout, truffle sauce, green beans, fresh black truffle.
2. Pierogi, Cabbage & Morels – vegetarian pierogi with marjoram, fermented cabbage, beurre noisette.
3. Slow-Cooked Lamb, Kampot Pepper – lamb with sheep’s milk yoghurt, mint oil, baby gem lettuce.
4. Braised Beef Short Rib, Celeriac & Bordelaise – beef short rib with celeriac three ways and Bordelaise sauce.
